We proved our competences through over 60 consulting projects for capacity increase, Lean deployment, logistics, quality (QMS , customer complaints, problem solving) as well as with over 500 real project improvement using DMAIC(Six Sigma) with advanced statistics. We delivered trainings to over 500 companies for quality(including specific automotive) , time study, engineering, lean, Six Sigma, MINITAB, maintenance, logistics, MsOffice and many other. We also offer consulting to select and design the appropriate training to fit customer needs. We implemented digitalisation systems such as Arkite platform - an AR Poka yoke for the manual operation.
