About the company

COMPA SA is a private Romanian company with an industrial tradition of almost 140 years, specialized in the production of high-precision metal components mainly for the automotive industry, but also for other industrial sectors. Field of activity: Design, manufacture and sale of parts and subassemblies for vehicles (components for injection systems, turbochargers, steering, windshield wipers, springs, etc.) and for other industrial applications (various welded structures for industrial machinery or special equipment; dies, industrial tools and equipment; industrial pumps; compression, torsion and traction springs; various mechanical parts on request). In addition to its main activity in the automotive industry, Compa started to supply components for the defense sector as part of its business diversification strategy (components for artillery shells, military command and control containers, other precision components for military applications). These products are delivered mainly to the armed forces of NATO countries and allied armies through contracts with defense manufacturers. Compa offers also heat treatment services, surface protection and physical and chemical lab tests.
